1. 01Ordering and payment

   You can order without creating an account by entering your first and last name, phone number, email, address and city.

   The order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered. Please make sure your email is correct, and if the confirmation does not arrive, check your spam folder.

   All prices are in Macedonian denars and include VAT. Payment is made in cash when the parcel is delivered, and a fiscal receipt is issued for every purchase.

   We do our best to keep product photos, prices and stock accurate, but we cannot guarantee they are always free of errors. If an ordered product is not available, we will contact you before shipping.

2. 02Delivery

   Orders are shipped by courier to the address you provide, anywhere in North Macedonia.

   Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days. Orders placed on Friday after 13:00 or during the weekend are shipped on the next working day. Delivery may be delayed during holidays or bad weather.

   Delivery costs 150 denars for an order with one perfume. Orders with two or more perfumes are delivered free of charge.

   The courier will call you before delivery, so please be available at the phone number and address you provided.

   If a parcel is returned because it was not collected or was refused without a valid reason, we reserve the right to decline your future orders.

3. 03Complaints and exchanges

   When you receive your parcel, please check it right away to make sure the product matches your order.

   If you receive the wrong product (a different perfume, size or model), let us know within 24 hours of delivery at 078/528-518 / 078/838-888 · bargello.nmk@gmail.com. In that case, Bargello covers the cost of the return and the new delivery.

   A correctly delivered product can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase, but only if it is unopened and unused, with its packaging, protective film and labels intact. The cost of returning it and delivering the new product is paid by the customer.

   For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.

4. 04Defective products

   If a product is defective, you may choose to request a replacement, a price reduction, or cancellation of the purchase with a refund of the amount paid, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

   To use this right, please provide the fiscal receipt or other proof of purchase. Bargello is not responsible if it is established that the defect was caused by improper use or storage, by third parties or by force majeure. You have the right to be present when the product is inspected.

5. 05Personal data protection

   To process and deliver your order we collect your first and last name, phone number, email, address and city, and, if you choose to provide one, a note for the courier. We use your email to send you the order confirmation, and your phone number so the courier can contact you during delivery.

   We use this data only to process, confirm and deliver your order and to keep you informed about it. We do not sell it or share it with third parties, except with the courier service as far as needed for delivery.

   We keep the data only as long as needed for these purposes and to meet our legal obligations, with appropriate technical and organisational security measures, in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection.

   You can ask at any time which of your data we hold, request that it be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Please send your request to bargello.nmk@gmail.com.

   If you write a product review, your name and comment are published on the product page.

6. 06Cookies

   This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The contents of your bag are stored only in your browser so they are not lost when you close the page.

7. 07Changes to these terms

   Bargello may change these terms at any time. Changes apply from the moment they are published on this page, so please check it from time to time.

8. 08Applicable law

   Bargello operates this website, and its content complies with the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. If you use the website from another country, you are responsible for complying with the laws of that country.

   All matters and disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
